Please provide us with a personal enclosure as well as your pet’s food and bedding that will be needed for it’s stay.

Every dog is let out three times daily in their play group for about 20 – 30 minutes. When not exercising with their groups the dogs are kept in a climate control kennel with access to private outdoor runs. We feed a diet of Nutro Natural Choice Lamb and Rice puppy, adult, and senior, but also welcome diets brought from home to help with the boarding transition. Medications can be administered for an additional charge. We also provide each dog with water and tear resistant bedding as well as toys and treats to enjoy during their stay. If you would like to bring personal possessions from home we often recommend a t-shirt or towel, as dogs do have a natural tendency to chew when away from home and we cannot guarantee that objects will return in the same condition as left.

Our cats are housed in floor to ceiling suites where we provide them with a climbing tree, bed, litter box, as well as a wide assortment of cat treats. We welcome any special personal items from home as well.

PET SHIELD INSURANCE

We now offer a program to ensure the health of your pet during and directly after their time spent with us. For only $5 PetShield covers any unexpected illness or injury during your pet’s boarding stay or within five days of your pet’s departure from the property for up to $300. The program does not cover any pre-existing or chronic health or medical conditions. Also not covered is an injury caused by another pet in the same family.
